I’m Neidy Perdomo, a first generation Latina artist & graphic designer.
As an artist, I am passionate about creating a positive impact through art. I enjoy creating art that challenges your perspective and serves as a reminder that you create your own reality. My work is a reminder that your life becomes what you make it, shaped by your perspective.
Textile art created during my March 2024 artist residency at Reconsidered Goods in Greensboro, NC.
My latest body of work, “Paraiso,” is an artistic journey that combines my appreciation for nature, the allure of beautiful spaces, and the pursuit of inner tranquility.
“Paraiso” celebrates the ever-present opportunities to discover beauty in the ordinary, and cultivate a mindset of gratitude and serenity.
Easter Eggs on Parade for Charlotte SHOUT! Each year, 13 artists are chosen to design and paint a giant egg.
“The Crown” is not only an artistic representation of the Queen City, but a reminder of the greatness that lives within each of us, and that you have the power to create your own reality.
A series funded by the North Carolina Artist Support grant in 2021.
Your perception is your reality. Through my experiences of self transformation for reinvention, I have become fascinated with the polarity of nature. By working in black and white, my work explores the construct of reality. We experience positive and negative space, and in the end, we as individuals get to decide what to focus on.
